Customised Remote Programming
Each athlete receives a personalised training plan designed to match their fitness level, goals, and available equipment. With the Athletic Performance Strength app, you can track your progress, log your workouts, and stay accountable to your training. Each block is 4 weeks long containing 3-4 strength sessions a week, including 2 conditioning sessions a week.
